Want to try out Bijou Box? Single boxes are avalible for £45 and if you love us then could save money by taking out a yearly subscription for £140 and never miss a Bijou Box!
No, once you sign up you are a fully fledged Bijou Box member and will get your box every three months. The subscription will auto renwe for you unless you decide otherwise.
Yes! Single boxes are available and make ideal gifts or it is a perfect way for you to try us out without commiting to a subscription (but we're sure you will love us!)
Over here at Bijou Box HQ we work really hard to discover local independent brands and makers. We will try and not repeat the same gift from the same brand or maker but may feature their other products throughout the boxes.

BIJOU BOX PAYMENT AND DELIVERY DETAILS
Bijou Box currently ships to the UK only.
Your card is charged immediately and your first box will be sent out following this payment, generally we will try and send you that quarter’s box. On some occasions it might be sold out and we will send you Bijou Box’s Best of the Rest; this box features some of the best products from our previous boxes.
Following this your renewal will be brought in line with our payment a dates for 2022, these are:
All Bijou Boxes are sent out within a week of payment being collected which means you can sit back and enjoy your Bijou Box goodies knowing that your next payment will come out automatically and you will never miss a Bijou Box!
Your card is charged immediately for the full anual subscription amount and your first box will be sent out following this payment, generally we will try and send you that quarter’s box. On some occasions it might be sold out and we will send you Bijou Box’s Best of the Rest; this box features some of the best products from our previous boxes.
Following this your account will be brought in line with our shipping dates, these are:
Winter 202030th November, your Bijou Box is shipped
Spring 20211st March, your Bijou Boxed is shipped
Summer 20211st June, your Bijou Box is shipped
Autumn 20216th September, your Bijou Box is shipped
Winter 202129th November, your Bijou Box is shipped
You can sit back and enjoy your Bijou Box goodies knowing that you've paid for the next 12 months and you will never miss a Bijou Box! The annual subscription will automatically renew on it's payment anniversary. 04
When you purchase a single box your card is charged immediately and your Bijou Box will be dispatch to you in 2 working days.
Delivery is FREE!
We will try and send you that quarter’s box, on some occasions it might be sold out and we will send you Bijou Box’s Best of the Rest, this box features some of the best products from our previous boxes.
Your second payment will come out automatically and you will receive that quarter’s box.
Occasionally, you may receive a delicate product which could get damaged on its way to you. If this is the case, please feel free to email us at email@example.com with a photo of the item and we can take it from there.

To update your contact details, please log onto your customer portal which can be found on the top right of any page.
All good thing have to come to an end and sometimes that might include your subscription to Bijou Box.
Any cancellations need to be made 7 working days before payment for the next quarter's box is taken. These payments are taken on the 15th of February, 15th May, 15th August and 15th November
To cancel your subscription at any time, please log onto your customer portal which can be found on the top right of any page on this website.
We want your Bijou Box to be spot on for you which is why it's important to us that you can guide some the products in your Bijou Box.
When you come to checkout you will find some personalisation questions for you to complete, please fill these in so we can make sure the treats you get in your Bijou Box are right for you!
We know tastes and things can change, if you need to update any information on your personalisation questions that you completed when you signed up, then just log onto your customer portal.This can be found on the top right on any page on this website.
